WARNING: Side Effects and Daily Dosage. It is highly recommended to please start with a very small dose of moringa – 1 teaspoon maximum. Maybe ½ a teaspoon the first few times to play it really safe, especially if consumed on an empty stomach. READ THIS BEFORE CONSUMING!! I myself have experienced this overdose nausea, and have a friend who vomited because they were not aware that 3 heaped tablespoons is way too much! Moringa is not spinach! There is a reason it’s often sold in capsule form. Please follow my advice to avoid learning the hard way. It’s a good habit to consume Moringa WITH food, I suggest a spoon in your smoothie because the taste is horrifically bitter and needs to be disguised with something sweet. “A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down.”
