Maca Side Effects
Maca is a medicinal plant, and should be treated as such. Dosage should be teaspoons and tablespoons. Mistakes are made by superfood-newbies unaware of potency, and dosage. Start small and work up. Be cautious taking Maca with cancer related to hormones like testicular and ovarian, and liver issues or high blood pressure, or pregnancy.
